  1. You must have a checking account first, then ask for the form from your payroll department at work.

    FYI...takes about 30 days to activate.


  2. Your personnel office or payroll office would be the ones that would help you set that up. You can't do by yourself.

  3. You should be able to give your employer a blank check that is voided.  This should give the the sufficient information and paperwork that they will need to set up your payroll on direct deposit.  If they do not offer this, there is nothing you can do, because it's a service that they have to have in order to offer it.  If you do not have a checking account, you will need one in order to set this up.

  4. Visit your payroll folks with a copy of one of your checks.  That is all there is to it.
