I work in Assago, Milano. Where is a nice part of Milan to live that is near a metro?

and has a direct bus route to Milano Fiori area?

A nice residential part is along the Green Line of the metro, towards the end. Gorgonzola, Gessate, Cassina de Pecchi are lovely quite villages. If you want to stay along the Red Line, I would probably recommend Bande Nere as nice safe place.

i think "piazza de angeli" "via merghera" "piazza wagner" and "corso vercelli" are the most beautiful residenzial part of milan (i live near)... the metro stop is "de angeli" if you ilve in deangeli..... " de angeli or wagner" if you live in via marghera ....and "pagano" if you live in corso vercelli...

but isn't cheapest milan!!

I think there's no prblem with the metro in Milan, the only think is not to choose a far periferical street..and VIALE ZARA!!!(bad people at night!!:)  )
