I work in in a fine dinnng restaurant as a super visor. how can i get work done by my juniors?

Give them lot of praise & thanks, when they do good, make them feel appreciated, tell them what a great job the do, & maybe they won't mind doin extra, when they get something out of it.

incentive. when i worked at d.q we had a drawing for a dvd player and dvds. we earned entries into the contest by having shal we say an exelent productive day. be firm and strict. and write it off on the taxes..
