  1. Give them lot of praise & thanks, when they do good, make them feel appreciated, tell them what a great job the do, & maybe they won't mind doin extra, when they get something out of it.


  2. just tell them that you have not reached this position by luck but by doing hardships.

  3. Set a good example. Don't ask them to do anything you wouldn't do yourself.

  4. be nice to them & tell them what they should be doing, & tell them how to do it.

  5. Just tell them to do it.

  6. Be calm and not scold them .. and get the work done while making them realize that its do or go situation for them

  7. First off make sure they take you serious. Then lean proper writting skills.

  8. Treat them well and they will help you get the work done. Make sure to praise when work is going well so they know you notice. Then they will want to help you get it done.

  11. incentive. when i worked at d.q we had a drawing for a dvd player and dvds. we earned entries into the contest by having shal we say an exelent productive day. be firm and strict. and write it off on the taxes..

There are a few steps to follow:first you want to make sure that they can understand what you are saying in ENGLISH, second- show them respect and last- lead by example(NOT SO MUCH BY DOING THE JOB FOR THEM, BUT SHOW THEM THE BENEFIT OF DOING THE RIGHT THING). These 3 great characteristics  that will take you so far in life that you and your juniors,employees will be thankful in the end.

  13. Be positive, talk to each of them individually and asked them if they are happy working there. Then asked them if they like their job description and asked if there is anything that you can change to make working there a more enjoyable experiance.

    Go over their job description and praise them on the efforts. Tell them that (pick out a good point about them) For Exp: Their arriving to work on time has not gone unnoticed.

    A good leader leads in a positive manner. By just telling them to do it, doesnt get it.

    Show them that you respect them. A good leader will lead and his or her employees will respect them in return.
