  1. Have a look at the booklet IR20 on the HMRC website, specificlly chapter 2. If you meet the conditions to be treated as non resident in the UK and do not do any of your work duties in the UK, then you should fill in the form P85 and request an NT tax code to be operated against your UK salary. If you do meet the conditions to be NR, then you will be treated as such from the day after you leave the UK so a repayment should be due to you from then. You may need to send in your P60 certificates for the relevant periods.

    IR20 = http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/pdfs/ir20.pdf

    P85 = http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/cnr/p85.pdf

  2. If you go to live or work abroad and become non-resident in the UK, you might still have to pay UK Income Tax - but only on your income from the UK. If you do need to pay, you may need to complete a Self Assessment tax return.

    When are you non-resident for UK Income Tax?

    You'll be treated as non-resident from the day after you leave the UK if you can show:

        * you left the UK to go abroad permanently or your absence and full-time work abroad lasts at least the whole tax year

        * your visits to the UK are less than 183 days in a tax year and average less than 91 days a tax year over a maximum of four consecutive years

    If you qualify as non resident for tax purposes you may be able to get your employer to pay your wages gross into an overseas account. You will then have to pay whatever taxes are charged in the country you work.

  3. you have to pay tax in uk as we all do.Only way would be to get paid abroad.

  4. You should be able to opt out of being paid in the UK and have your salary transferred to Turkey for payment in the local currency. You will then be expected to pay the appropriate tax in Turkey by the Turkish taxation system. As long as you pay your tax to someone that is all that is expected. Also if you live in Turkey for more than 6 months there are other dispensations for you. The Tax office in the UK will advise you or use an accountant.
