I work in a Bakery 5 am to 10 am i work very hard and I'm very tired all the time. i get up go to work, when i get home i cant help but fall asleep, i sleep until 3 usually , then i have school at 4 till 9, i get home at ten and by the time im done showering, laundry, cleaning etc all the stuff i need to do its 12:30 then i sleep and start all over. My question is, is there a better way for me to not feel so tired after work so that i dont need to nap because i waste half my day sleeping and also i dont have a regular eating pattern and its s******g with my metabolism i cant eat at work or school so i eat like twice a day and once is late at night (which i hear your not supposed to do). So bottom line Im tired, irritable, hungry and somehow gaining weight since i got this job (which i actually like alot) so how can i adjust my habits to alleviate some of these problems?
