I worked at this place for about two weeks then i quit..

without giving notice. the job sucked.

do i have to included that in my future job applications

and how couldd this affect me if i wana apply somewhere?

No don't include it.  Because it makes them think you are lazy and give up on things.  It isn't a good thing to put on an application because managers are looking for hard working, friendly people who can do a task they are asked no matter how hard it may seem, and if you put that you quit a job after 2 weeks and they will most definetly ask you why you quit so I wouldn't recommend it.  They can't tell you worked there anyways so don't sweat it.

I would not include it. No need to -you didn't work long enough to use it to demonstrate any skills or learn something and with no notice they're not going to give you a good reference anyway. Don't sweat it and move on.
