  1. If its payroll taxes, yes, provided you met certain criteria for withholding.


  2. You didn't say what she said she withheld money for.

    Certain things are withheld by law.  Sometimes, this is about 1/2 a paycheck ( It's called taxes and deductions).

    Other stuff is withheld by crooks.  Can't tell what applies here.

  4. Money out for what? You are not very clear here. Was it for taxes, she legally has too. Was it for a loan you took out in the company, she has the legal right. Was it for spending money for herself? Than no, she has no right. Was it for a loan that you thought was personal but she related it to business. She would have the legal right to pay back the company out of your check if it's what you owe. If you can prove it's a personal loan, somehow, than no, she'd have no legal right.
