I worked for chacha.com as a guide last year, and only made about $8.00. How would I do the taxs w/o any form?

I never got the money either though..Cause I never sent my signature to the bank and there was no way for them to send me the money or something..

Don't worry about it, since you never got it.

Even if you had, unless you had other income that required you to file, you'd be way below the $400 limit to have to file.

If that is your only source of income, you are way below the min. required.  If you were to file you would get a standard deduction and personal exemption.  Since you are probably a cash basis taxpayer, income would be taxable when received which you did not.  Therefore no need to do any tax form if that is your only source of income.
