I 've had a few interviews with similar companies as a customer service rep and I feel confident I can do the job, but they either don't call me back, or they turn me down.

  1. Because of ADA, perspective employers cannot ask you if you have ever had a work comp claim, so don't volunteer that fact either.  You may be setting yourself up for failure if you do.  As others have noted, you may not be getting the job because you don't come across well in the interview process.  Or many other reasons too.

  2. Well, they won't have access to the workers comp claim information.

You need to call one or two of them, and ask for honest feedback about why you didn't get the job.

  3. just don't include that job in your resume and it should fly by!

  4. This shouldn't be a factor, unless you tried to milk it.
