  1. If you are a male be very careful of this gal. She is looking for a sperm donor and you will have 18 years of child support to pay. Women were pulling that in my youth. I am 78.

  2. It depends, is she active, reserve, or National Guard?  Either way, that is almost a year which means she should be declared a deserter by now regardless which one she is in.  Unless she isn't telling you everything, the deployment is the least of her worries since she already has been dropped from the rolls and has a warrant out for her arrest if she hasn't attended a drill since last October.

  3. And this is the reason why I hate females in the Army...pregnancy to get out of deployment.  You know...if I knew what unit she was in, I'd have them write her up for UAs (you're only allowed to have so many before chapter processes start) and dereliction of duty (purposely getting pregnant to shirk from duties).

And yes...you can slam a preggo for this.  I had 5 Soldiers write up sworn statements that a Soldier in my company (who happened to work for me as well) made statements that she planned on getting pregnant to get out of deployment and would do it as many times as she would have to.  This is the pathetic part...she said she was going to stay pregnant until everyone deployed and then abort once she knew she wasn't going for sure and play like it was a miscarriage so the BC and CSM would have sympathy on her and not deploy her.  I sent her a$$ out.  Oh...and one of the Soldiers who heard her say this was a subordinate to this Soldier.

She better hope they don't do this with her...

She is a crutch to her peers and hinders her unit's mission readiness.  I'd send her flying out the door...
