I would Like to do charity work for old people in Singapore, preferably in wetsern Singapore?

I am represting a Multinational company and I would like to organize a lunch for old age people who are not financially very sound. Can any one suggest us the name of organization that i should contact. i would like to do this preferably in western Singapore as it is closer to our office.
