im scared of the websites ive had bad experiences so i took matters into my own hands and bought wholesale straight from the manufactures if you need his mail its no problem i no how hard it is to do this business

Most of the time you will be required to get a Business License to purchase these brands at wholesale prices. I own a T-shirt company and purchase wholesale blanks from American Apparel and they require a business license and Tax ID number to open an account.

If you do not plan to get a business license you can do two things:

1) You can find a small store in your area that sells the brands you like and ask them if you can buy wholesale from them. You'll have to go through a middle man but your prices will be much cheaper than buying retail.

2) You can find smaller companies and purchase their goods without having a business license.

I sell T-shirts to many stores around the world and since I'm not a huge company I sell wholesale to anyone who needs it.

You can get wholesale name brand clothing here in taobao.com. It is simply because this is the biggest auction website in China (like ebay in USA).

But to use taobao, you will need a deputy service to get for you the item because the website will be in Chinese and the suppliers will only ship within China.
