chances are for this to happen ????? In other words , I'm so poor I cant pay attention, due in part to the federal & state governments, but I would love to have one of these in my back field, so the wife & I could sit & stare at it in the evenings...................................

Lol, I'm not T Boone but I think he already has the land in place where he is building his windmills.  Also there was an article recently about health problems people near these things are suffering.  Apparently the things make a buzzing sounds at all hours and cause sleep problems and other odd problems in many people, so be careful what you wish for.
