Greece is not a tropical country. You realize it is not summer here all the time. End of October is typically autumn weather. Not very cold, but it may rain or have some cold days. But since in Greece good weather is likely throughout the year, you should be prepared for all sorts of weather - except snow.

It depends where you will be in Greece - where I live in Epirus it rains in Oct - hence such a green place!
