Try Roses in North Eastern Spain the Hotel Coral Platja. It is a fab hotel being right on the front line and ison  a traffic free promenade

They cater for your age groups at Christmas. We live here in Roses and usually call in there for a pre christmas lunch drink..

Christmas in Madrid is wonderful.  The Plaza Mayor is all full of Christmas decorations and booths.  You can get good price accomdations.  Check these out:
