I would like a cornsnake... but I don't know what type...?

It will be my first snake, so will have to be quite easy to handle, but for colours I do not really mind... but green would be lovely.

Please, when answering, post a link to a web page about the type of snake, I am trying to do some research...?

  1. you can look on that website they have pics of about all corns morph. You will see them when they are adults .it's best because the colors of a hatchling may change when he grow.you just have to click on the morph name to see pics of it.

  2. Cornsnake overall have basically the same needs. Here is a link on how to take care of a cornsnake.

I would recommend ball pythons or red tail boas as a first snake. They are more docile and aren't quick at moving therefore easier to catch if they get out. And below are care sheets for both ball pythons and red tail boas. Red tail boas do get ALOT bigger then ball pythons though. But a red tail boa has been the easiest snake I have to care for. Then comes the ball python.

Hope I could help a little bit.

  3. i have an  "Amelanistic corn snake" myself it is almost 5 years old and i love it  it has beautiful orange colors. it is easy to care for just give it a feeder moue once every two or three weeks and keep a bowl of fresh water in its pen.

they are fairly cheap to like under 30$ depending on where you go. here is a link to check out for basic corn snake care take a look

have fun with it they are pretty timid just don't over handle them mine has never bitten anyone but that's just me like the other answer says all corn snakes are pretty much the same as far as care goes honestly I'd say pick one that looks cool!
