  1. lemon pepper is really good on cottage cheese, if you are trying something healthy or you just like it.

  2. you can put lemon pepper on anything I BBQ with it all the time

  3. Add it to baked chicken or boiled rice.

  4. Add some to your breadcrumbs when tou are doing fish.

Fish and lemon-pe[[er go so well together.

  5. lemon pepper vegetable

    1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 medium yellow summer squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices

1 small red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices

1 small celery stalk, cut diagonally into slices

3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

6 ounces fresh snow (Chinese) pea pods

    1. Heat 10-inch skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil; rotate skillet to coat side.

    2. Add squash, bell pepper, celery and onions; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender. Stir in lemon juice, lemon pepper and pea pods; cook and stir about 1 minute or until pea pods are crisp-tender.

  6. Personally I'd get the Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper - no salt.

Remember when reading the ingredients in anything the first item is what makes up the most, the farther into the list of ingredients you get means there is less of that. The first ingredient is the primary one or what make up most of it.

Also don't add salt before you cook something - add it in the last 5 minutes so you won't dry it out.

  7. I like to rub it on the skin of a whole chicken before I roast it.  I take the skin off anyway but the flavor goes through the meat.
