I would like an hdtv tuner capable of outputing video to either an analog tv or my pc,does this product exist?

Maybe I am looking in the wrong place but I started searching for a tuner box for my laptop on newegg and none of the ones I found there had regular video (rca?) outputs if I wanted to hook it up to a television set.
