You could make Baby receiving blankets, use for the back of a quilt,  Make flannel sheets for your bed or baby's bed.  

Make a lining for a pets bed.

Make some burp clothes for baby's.

Baby bibs.

Make a cover for your computer mouse.

Make heating pads.

I made pajama bottoms for my son one time, and he bragged about them so much, everyone in my family had to have some.  We ended up making care baskets for everyone in the family, and putting in pajama bottoms, oversized t-shirts, with family pictures on them, photos, and spoiling items, like perfume, candles, etc.  They made wonderful Christmas gifts.

I have a book called Patchwork Puzzle Balls...it's a great book.  Look it up on amazon.com.  You can make balls out of different color flannel.
