Question:

I would like to Know exactly how to get a visa for Albania as we do not have an albanian embassy in India?

I have tried to contact the Honorary representative here but he is not very helpfull and gave me a number of one Mr,. Ilor in Croatia , I have called him up but he is still to send me any details right now I am still in the dark.

  1. Albania does not encourage visitors. The country is Communist, and the citizens are very suspect of anyone who may be wanting to visit.

    Unless you are a government official, I doubt you will have much success contacting anyone who can help you get into Albania.

    There is an Albanian conclave in New York City. You might be able to contact someone there, through the internet, who could help you. Don't be surpised if you don't get a response, though. They do not trust anyone.


  2. You will definitely need a visa, but one may be available for you upon arrival, based on prior arrangements through the Ministry of the Interior, depending on your particular circumstances.
