I would like to add lighting effects in my room, LED lights or flourescent light? (more)?

im looking for a type of light bar to shine against the wall and under my bed during the evening to create this eerie, yet intriguing look, i am looking for something that can cast this type of style (check link):

So, an LED light bar, or a fluorescent?

Also, besides online shopping, what stores carry lights like these?

And how long do LED lights last, i am aware that you can not replace the light units.

LED will be more power saving but not quit much design right now, maybe another 1 or 2 year.

If you want to have more choice, visit this place sure you will get cheap stuff and more choice.
