If your are a software or hardware engineer, you have to get a job in the USA where they will sponsor you for an H-1B visa. About 40% of people who actually apply for such a visa actually get one.

If you are nit an engineer or scientist, then there is no way to get a visa to let you work in the USA. The waiting time for a regular visa to live in the USA is about 22 years for people from India. It is much easier to get immigration to Canada.
