I would like to ask about the pizza and its flavor is pizza good for health or not but i love pizzza?

eat every sunday but some says by the chesse u will get fat so pls say me its good are bad

  1. yes pizza is fattening so are most indian stuff .... eat enjoy and work out in a gym...as long as you dont workout you are bound to get fat ....unless you are ready to starve your self with salad only diet :P

    few months back i have seen an article in newspaper, says flavors of pizza is prepared by humman hair(as a tast agent).. so i stopped it.. about chees, ofcourse its not gud if u eat very frequently..take care ur health..

    real pizza has fresh veg, and fresh dough which is good

  4. A thin crust pizza with regular amounts of cheese and loaded with veggies (but without the saturated-fat-laden pepperoni or sausage) is actually not a bad choice nutritionally. It's all about moderation, of course.  

  5. In general I would say it is fattening. White wheat used for the dough is bad for you and cheese does have lots of calories.

    If you made you pizza yourself and used spelt instead of wheat and olive oil for the dough, and only vegetables and very little low-fat cheese for the top, it would be healthier. And only a small pizza!

  6. Pizza is very nutritious.  I recall reading that in a Consumer Reports magazine article once.  BUT I recall that they reported that it is also VERY fattening.  It's got all the good stuff you need, but just way too much of it.

    Maybe you should try to eat it ever other week.

  8. it has a allot of fat why don't you try the healthy pizza when you go to a shop to buy pizza ask them which pizza is healthy some chicken pizza's are kind of bad for health but vegetarian pizza is good for health i am a non-vegetarian. Any ways you are right Pizza is tasty.

  9. Pizza is not good for you if taken regularly unless it is made from whole wheat flour and has a thin base and just a sprinkling of cheese. As it comes in the market it is loaded with white flour, fattening cheese and poor quality meats like sausages and bacon that are loaded with saturated fats and preservatives. Best avoided mostly. The herbs are OK
