Sorry I am in Canada so cant help you with the policy, but good idea.  our 4.5 month old is insured!!  we got his last month!!

Insurance is designed to help people sustain their income if someone who is employed dies.  Most reputable sources agree that insuring infants, who do not earn money, is a waste.

Are you talking about insurance for a baby?  That's a waste of money.  If a child dies you will have already saved a ton of money.

My kids get health insurance from my husband's work insurance.  They have life insurance through Gerber  :)
