You can simply come out here and look at houses wich i would highly suggest. Another option is to look for houses online. Houses here in El Salvador are amazing theres many houses that literally look like mansions and residentials being built with gates, security, pools, basketball courts, tennis court, and many other recreational things. A very spacious two story house with all of those things included don't cost more than 125,000, many of them are not done being built wich means you can tell them how you want your house and it can cost alot less maybe 35,000 if you just want a regular house. A regular house two floor, four bedroom, two bath, two car garage, kitchen, living room, dinning room, patio, and backyard are ranging from 25,000 to 45,000. there are a lot of real estate companies reaching out to the salvadorian immigrant community now, because they like u want to buy while residing abroad... if u go to www.laprensagrafica.com or to www.elsalvador.com there are always advertisements of new houses in new communities, dont expect anything typical of the country though they ar eall mainly new construction, with commodities but in my opinion lack the traditional touch and lack cultur but hey it will be your home and u can improve on it right...... they are like north american suburbs like those private communities in florida with gates and all. all u need is money and even while living in the US u can make monthly payments. u should check them out or call them, theres usually fairs also u can contct your local consulate for info also....good luck yeah i saw some near juayua, beautiful place
