  1. i looked in several places that i frequent and couldn't find one either.  they are fun, but i often find myself a few days ahead.  if it is a gift for someone or even for yourself you might just try one of the myriad of combination books.  calendars of the type you mention are usually centered around tactics anyway.  if you are interested i can make a number of suggestions on combinations books (as i'm sure others can).
