hi i was going out with my bf for 5 years we had a baby called spencer but my bf fell out of love with me when spencer was 2 months as he said i am to mummy to spencer coz he dint want to no spencer that much and never help me wuth rasing him up so we brock up a year and a harf on he dumped me and cheated on me 8 times and kicked me and spencer is now 18 moths and his dad is being a toser not giving him any money and not bortherd to see him and when i get stressed he trys to take me to cort when i say how i feel coz girls come fist and chating to her online every day is better then seeing his son please some one help

all i want is the best for my son i dont want to see my ex as he makes me sick

  1. This is a bit tough to answer. If you are no longer living with your boyfriend, and are not using his name, then it would be a good idea to call Spencer by the surname you are using as it avoids a lot of complications with officialdom, and really, to put it bluntly, that name would be pretty redundant in your lives.

    It should be possible to arrange regular access visits for Spencer with his father, supervised by a responsible person who isn't you. If he doesn't turn up then surely he forfeits the arrangement.

    I don't know why he should take you to court.

  3. Do I'm the only one in my family with my dads second name and since he and my mum are divorced it really gets on my nerves.

  5. Leave his surname as his Dad's.  You can't change his father and it's a good job you did know his father otherwise you wouldn't have Spencer!
