I would like to change the style but not the color of my "Americana" solid wood triple dresser. Suggestions?

It is maple colored and has curly q's which makes it outdated. I had thought of making the top mosaic. Any suggestions appreciated.

if it is solid maple and it is curly q'ed as you say , it is probubly worth money. Check with an antique dealer befor you touch it. It may be worth money. Then you can buy a new dresser.

Use some stone paint on the top and change the handles, hot glue some 1 inch tiles on the front for accent 1 or 2 per drawer in a diamond shape or make a design like a mosaic and trim it in some very thin molding,
