The site is also in English.  On the initial page, it says "ir al sitio". Click there. Once you get past the 1st page there is a place in the center of the screen to click for English...but I cannot get past THAT page... I waited forever, but it does not open.  Ah I see...the English isn't working yet.  I clicked on espanol and it opened.  Now..the next page gives contact information.  It says to send an email to dr. Ricardo Garza.  The email address is:  [e-mail].  I am sure it is ok for you to email him in English.  I'm sure either he or staff in the office speaks English.    I hope this helps...I am in Mexico...so am not going to call, bur hope this email address will help.  There is no other info except the clinic address on that page.
