I would like to do Thalassemia research for postgraduate, does anyone have any suggestion?

Thank you Marie for your suggestion. I want to base my project in Sabah, Malaysia, a place with high frequency of thalassaemia. I want to do genetic or biochemistry on beta thalassaemia.

Suggestions for what?  Where to do it?  What kind of research?  Who to have as your mentor?  The type of thalassemia to investigate?

It is no use coming here and asking questions unless you are prepared to bare your very soul.  ;-)
