  7. I think you've got the right idea no matter where you go. You can eat healthy at just about any fast food place. Most of them have salads now.....you know what is healthy and what is not. It just depends on what you want that day.

  10. I would pick Subway. You can also have a salad at Subway. To be healthy choose wheat bread, no cheese and avoid dressings. You can also do a Fit meal with a mini sub, fruit, raisins or yogurt and water.

You know, I have found that you CAN eat a healthy lunch anywhere you go.  You just have to be smart when ordering, and when you get the food, know what the right amount of it is to eat.  If you go to subway, that's an easy one, there are tons of healthy stuff there to eat.  Go to Wendy's, get a salad and grilled chicken sandwhich - easy to do.  Go to Taco Bell and get a salad - light on the dressing, easy as one, two, three.  You can even get healthy things at burgerking and mcdonalds.  Just look at the menu carefully, choose wisely, and watch your portion size!  Good luck!
