I would like to find out if my 1999 Mitsabishi Eclispe has a GPS tracking system already built into it?

Your vehicle cannot be tracked unless somebody installed a GPS receiver and transmitter, or they installed something like LoJack.  Since it's a Mitsubishi, it won't have OnStar either.

More than likely you will not have a tracking system if the dealer you purchased the vehicle from did not install one in the car to track their property.

Some used car dealers will install tracking system to repossess the vehicle if payments are behind.

I would ask the dealer you purchased it from to see if they installed a GPS tracking device otherwise Mitsubishi does not include factory tracking device since there is a monthly service charge associated with such device
