I would like to find out my work history for my resume. I used to work for Bank One that was bought by Chase..

It has been a while since I worked for them and I know that I stopped in 97 when I had my daughter but cannot remember my start date, I believe I worked there for about 4 yrs. Does anyone know how I can find out this informatiion to get my resume going again? I could guesstimate the time but what if they check it out and I am off, I don't want them to think that I am lying about my job history.
