Hilton Head, SC is a far better place for weekend gplf trip in my opinion...Myrtle Beach is like Atlantic City as Hiltin Head is like Las Vegas.

If you have time get in touch with Myrtle beach Chamber of Commerce..I don't know if myrtlebeachdirectair.com goes to Illinois. Check that out.

         Contact a decent priced hotel and ask them about packages......mbhotels.com...Prices are still tolerable and they will be through  March. Tee times get a little cluttered after March 1st...........Prices go up again big time April 1st.

it will be a problem once you get there! There are 77 golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area! I like the one that you take a ski lift chair to get to, but I can't remember the name of it!
