The former Pescara forward has gone on to state that he will be looking to climb up the ladder of the professional success, just like Giovinco achieved in his career.
Giovinco has had to work extremely hard to prove his worth at top flight football. Despite being immensely talented, Giovinco has had his limitations. In a game that is dominated by physicality and presence on the pitch, the striker was considered too short
to impose and affect games; however, he has proven all his doubters wrong.
After going on a loan deal to Parma, the youngster was snapped up by the Gialloblu. He impressed in his tenure at the club and forced Juventus to sign Giovinco back and he is regularly featuring in the starting line up of Juventus. His performances have
also given him international call ups, and he is on international duty for the World Cup qualifiers.

His performances attracted interest from around the Serie A, and he has been snapped
up by Genoa and they have agreed a co-ownership deal for the talented youngster with Pescara.
While talking to the media personnel, Immobile went on to laud Giovinco for his performances and his progression to the Serie A Champions. He remarked that the former Parma player deserves the opportunity to ply his trade at one of the biggest clubs in the
Serie A, and during his interview he was quoted to have said:
“Giovinco is a great. He was phenomenal at Parma and it is right that he plays for Juventus.”
He was happy with the arrangement that he has at his disposal at the moment, and went on to state that he is looking to repay the faith that the management of the Grifone has instilled in him.
He remarked that it was going to be a long season, and he was hungry to prove his worth, and remarked:
“I, for the moment, am thinking about Genoa. They gave me the chance to play in Serie A and I want to pay them back for that. Then we’ll see…”
After two matches into the League, Genoa have picked up three points out of a possible six.
