I would like to have a biodiesel skid.?

I would like to build a biodiesel skid,and produce my own fuel in Oklahoma.Do I need a permit,or liscence of some kind.HELP.

As long as you are not selling it and you are just using it yourself then no permit is needed. If you intend to sell it go to www.biodiesel.org and you can get the information you need. I make it for myself here in New Mexico and the laws are federal not state so as long as you are not selling you are good to go
