commemoratives stamps after 1930 have little or no value.  My grandfather was an avid stamp collector and when he died, I opened a box with thousands of uncancelled plate blocks - I could buy them at a stamp store for less than the price of the stamp and they would be uncancelled.  Stamp stores refer to the plethora of commenoratives after 1930 as "Postage."
