I would like to know a bout diplomatic passport?

i am an indian i would like to know how can i get a diplomatic passport and also what are the things required for it and main importance of it

Perhaps you mean an official passport. That kind of passport is granted to people who are meant to provide a service for your country abroad. For example, artists, sportsmen/women, etc. The official passport given in those cases states that you are representing your country and that your government asks other countries to help you in order to accomplish your mission. If this is your case, you should inquire your Ministry of Foreign Affairs about it.

You can't just "get" a diplomatic passport, you need to be on the diplomatic staff usually connected with an embassy or consulate. The main things that this allows is pretty much free and unfettered movement from country to country and also often immunity from local laws in the country.
