anything with sevin dust will work great

I don't really know anything about bug repellents, but I'm guessing any repellent you try will be chemical or pesticide based, so be VERY careful what you put on the fruit, as it WILL work it's way into the food chain. And you don't want to be giving that to some little kid.

Try scent based ones, perhaps? Citronella works okay for most bugs around my garden.
