Wow, you bought this NEW?! Oschner and Oschner Importers were the sole U.S. distributors for Campagnolo and as you may have guessed the Oschner brand bike was their own. I thought that they stopped building that bike in the early 70s.

I didn't even know they were still in business until I looked them up, but apparently they still do the same thing but apparently don't do their own brand anymore http://www.oschnerusa.com is their current website. Perhaps if you email them you can get more info.
