I would like to know if anyone else is having problems out of university of phoenix with finicial aid?

students have been having problems with them for several years. They are supposed to take your aid, pay your expenses and give you your refund. They don't. They keep the extra for "future tuition and expenses" and next term, they do the same thing.. That is illegal but they have been doing it for at least 3 years now.. All I can tell you is to call Dept of Higher Education and file a complaint...and ask them what to do.. They can refer you to the proper people... don't expect to get it.
