I would like to know if iI passed the eye test?

My results are Refractice limits with effective cycloplegia (Cyclopentolate HCL 1% is to be used)

R L Hypermetropia +5.25 +5.25

Hypermetropia astigmatism -1.25x165 -1.25x170

To pass I need:

hypermetropia +5.00 dioptre

Myopia -1.00

Heterophoria - no limits

I think im .25 over can anyone help If i went for a diffrent test would the results be different
