I would like to know if students can transfer their credits from cuban universities to the united states

The student should talk to an advisor at the college or university he or she wants to attend. Many colleges have a specific advisor who meets with transfer students. The advisor can give you an idea of what credit will and won't transfer. This can differ from college to college.

Go to the College's Admission Department, or College Registrar.  They will let you know what will transfer into their school.  Good Luck:)
