  1. There is an experimental plastic surgery that is claimed will make you "tighter" - but you have to understand that this procedure is not endorsed by any gynecologist and has only been around for a short period of time. I wouldn't be a test subject for it, if I were you.

  2. There is a surgical procedure to tighten up those stretched out muscles and tissues. I believe it is called an episiotomy and is commonly given to small hipped women to deliver the baby vaginally,  less painfully without tearing of the tissues. My ex-wife had it done twice during childbirth. The doctor surgically enlarges to opening of the v****a for delivery and then stitches it back slightly tighter. s*x is painful for a week after the surgery but MUCH MORE sexually stimulating afterwards after the healing process for both partners.

  3. there is an operation to make you tight. ask a gynocologist

  4. kegal exersises( the muscles that you use to stop your urine flow) flex them thru out the day you'll get the muscle toned again do it when your driving or cooking or working nobody can see you do this and they do work.

  5. There is an operation that claims to make you tighter but before going under the knife I would def try kegals for a few months, it can't hurt and it's free.  Do them whenever you think of it, even during intercourse.  If you still wish to pursue surgery have a discussion with your obgyn.

  6. i do a lot of Kegal exercises and it helps a lot. I do them in the car or whenever I think of it, sitting around on the computer etc. It takes time like any kind of exercise, but it will work in the long run. I think there is some sort of surgery that would take extra stitches down there to make the opening smaller but in the end it would eventually loosen up and be loose again. Kegal is the way to go, trust me. And its free.

  7. i think thats impossible. But my advice to you would be to do keegles i beleive thier called. Where you use your muscle to pee...like pretend to pee..just move that muscle over and over and over you can feel it...and do crunches and you might feel better if you excercise a lil more and make your whole body tighter...good luck! And im sure your right already but you can do these small things to make you feel better inside :)
