I would like to know if there is a fitness supplement that helps with weight loss ......i am a 50 yo woman?

things like whey or creatine or protein powders that also help w/ muscle recovery......i dont know how to schedule these products around workouts pls elaborate thx....i am a nurse so i am willing to follow a scedule and work w/ something one month on and one month off thx any trainor/body builders out there?
