I would like to know more about Australia PR application procedures?

I would like to apply for Australian PR and i got the degree from AIT, Thailand. Some of the uni from certain country is not recognize and need to sit the exam to get some status in Ausi first. So i want to know whether the degree from AIT, Thailand is recognized by Ausi rules and conditions or not.
