I would like to know more about the norwegian dawn?

Has anyone gone on this cruise ship? I would like to know how much the drinks are and what kind of drinks that they have. Also I am wondering about the payment system on the boat. I do not have a credit card and was wondering if I could bring cash to give to them at the beggining of the cruise. Any information that someone might have would be helpful. Thank You!

dolphin_mama831 has said it all. You will get a ship card that you will use for all purchases on-board and as he said, you hand some cash in at the pursers desk when you board and they will let you know when you need to top it up. Remember that if you are going on the shore excursions that they are pricey and they will be charged to your card.

Drinks normally run $5.00 and up.  You can get any kind of drink you want, they have full bar service.  You don't have to have a credit card but you will be required to give them a cash deposit at embarkation time.  The Purser's office will notify you when you've spent your deposit.  Don't forget this deposit will include the tips for the staff.. That normally runs about $10.00 per person per day.  You can give them a debit card if it has a Master or Visa symbol on it in lieu of a credit card.
