I would like to know some of the most expensive restaurants in Singapore?

Well, it really depends on what type of restuarants and cuisine you are refering to.

The most expensive cuisine that a ex colleague ever treat me was at Sentosa Hotel beachfront restuarant about 1 year ago.

Total cost for 2 person was around $150 as we also ordered a bottle of wine.

I believe the some of the most expensive buffet (as you are refer by "per head") should be at Ris Calton or Raffles City Equatornoxis Restuarant (level 70) as they are consider one of the top hotels in Singapore. Even going inside the restuarant also require dress code. >.<

Sin Huat.  It is soo much!! I've been there before and I didn't have enough SGD's!! It was way overpriced.

Sorry though, I do not know the Price per Head, I forgot.

how about ACTE D'AMOUR Restaurant located at Coleman Street, it has a lavish dining environment, you can find more details on this site 88db, and you can also search the site for other expensive restaurants
