I know there is also a big train station in Santa Ana, CA next to Tustin where I live. I don't have the slightest clue on the closest stations in Yucapai or the routes.

  1. yes you can take a metrolink train  from Santa Ana to

    San Bernandino station

then from the station you can take

a Omintrans  1,3  or 90  (you can use your metrolink ticket for this part) lines  to the  4th street transfer center

where you would have to change to Omtrains line 8 or 9

(both buses will take you to Yucapipa) you will have to pay cash

fare of $1.25 or you could get a day pass for $3.00 (which you can

aslo get from the first Omnitrans bus at the metrolink station)

the departures for Metrolink for though trains dept

    Santa Ana at 9:30am, 4:29pm

there are other trains but they terminate in Riverside where

you can take a Omtrains 90 bus to San Bernadino transit center

    then as above
