I don't know of any such thing. Is attending a CDL school completely out of your picture? Most will have several days of class room training and practice tests to help prepare you for your exam.

If you are talking about Semi's (truckers call them "Big Trucks"), you wil need to take a Class A CDL test. You can get more information from your state Department of Transportation office. There is no company that will send you a test.
